My name is Nicolette Nordmark
Thank you for stopping by! The pipeline from child of a librarian to passionate professional storyteller may sound rather straightforward, but there have been many stops along the way.
From a young age I knew that storytelling and performance were gifts that brought others joy and pursed many avenues to do just that! Somewhere along the way elementary school talent shows turned into opera productions in Italy and opera shifted to professional speaking. The common thread in every experience was this: storytelling breeds connection, in a time when it is desperately needed.
Storytelling is Connection
We've all experienced a story that changed our lives. A book that made us realize a part of ourselves we buried. A show that inspired our bravery when we had been out of touch with it. A performance that made us feel connected to our community. Stories that make communities feel heard, inspired and joyful are my passion and I'm excited to share that with you!
